According to Cy Ryan at the Las Vegas Sun, Jeanne Winkler has been disbarred for borrowing $15,000 from a client. Additionally, she took $230,000 from a client’s account and invested it in some ventures that didn’t work out. This is in direct violation of the bar rules also.
