I’m so glad that AttorneyGuide is around so that people don’t have to fall victim to lawyers like Stanley Walton in Las Vegas. He was just indicted on fraud charges for providing false employment verification for straw buyers. Mr. Walton still has an active bar license but his office phone number is disconnected. Back in July a $22.4 million judgment was filed against him from a different probate case.
Imagine if you were referred to him and didn’t do your homework before you contacted him. You would never know that he had been accused of a crime of this serious nature. It most likely would have made you think twice about hiring him.
